June 2026 4.00Everything was nice and clean. They did come and mow and clean up fire pit area and the grounds and once they did, it looked better(assuming rain has held it off). The only thing I would like to see is more outdoor things. (Cornhole, horseshoes, etc). Also, two guest staying 4 nights needs more towels and wash cloths since there is no washer on site. The full size refrigerator and stove was a bonus. Please do not take any of this as a negative, it was well worth the stay. Honestly I have no complaints, but I would like to see them fix the only plug n the restroom to do your hair.

May 2026 5.00It was a beautiful little home. We had a great mini vacation. We enjoyed our friends who also rented a home right next-door there was walking trails and great views from the home and we also enjoyed the swimming hole and other amenities in the area we was able to sit out by the fire and roast s’mores even had a small barbecue on one of the evenings. Everyone in the surrounding area was so very friendly, although most of them was just visiting just like us we met some really nice people. I would love to return with a bigger group with all the tiny homes painted different colors. It would be a amazing friends/family getaway. and I guess you could say we picked the right weekend because there were also a rodeo going on at the time our host Eric was very nice helpful and he responded almost immediately he assisted in all of our needs. 10/10 vacation will definitely be back!!!!

May 2026 5.00We enjoyed our stay. we loved sitting on the patio watching the sunset. The bed was comfortable and I liked the separate mini-split in the bedroom. The rainfall shower was a nice touch as well.
