A charming and comfortable stay. We were there for a wedding - 5 min drive from town, easy check in, good parking for one car!

We had a peaceful getaway! There was a complimentary bottle of wine which we used to celebrate our anniversary. The location was close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely book again. Thank you!😊

Perfect for a wedding in Wimberley, great location close to town and everything you need, but still with a lovely Hill Country view. There was a Texas ice storm while i was there and the host was gracious in extending a late checkout as i waited for the ice to melt so i could drive back to Austin. I will be back!

We where out discovering the great Tuscany feel of Texas, we had the winery experience and we decided to be safe and stay in the area. This was such an adventure and being able to find this place in a quick instant was amazing. The place was secure, enough light and it felt like we where in a star show because its up in the mountain, super cosy for my husband and I and very clean and great decore. We enjoyed staying here.

Cute little cabin about 5 minutes from downtown Wimberley. Perfect for me, my husband and our pups.

Overall, the place was clean and the bed was comfortable, but not very well organized or stocked for more than an overnight stay.

Eric was extremely helpful as a host, providing me with great recs for things to do. He even let me check in way early in order to drop off my stuff before heading on a hike. Great place, great price, great hosts!

Stayed here for a birthday weekend and it was perfect. The porch had a beautiful view and it was a great place to relax with a glass of wine.

Erics place at Eagle's Nest was perfect for me and my wife to celebrate our Babymoon, it was only 10 minutes north of down town Wimberly and had a fantastic view of the hill country. Highly suggest staying here for weekend get aways

Loved the area, decking, fire pit, clear skies for star gazing, fun puzzle, nice touch with kitchen treats! Everything was clean and good working condition. Wimberley is a fun town and a great get away!

I needed a place to stay in Wimberley to be close to a vineyard for an event. The location is beautiful and the cabin is so cozy and home-like. It’s exactly as described and more. Eric was very hospitable and prepared the property with special amenities to make the experience more enjoyable! I hope to be back soon to get to enjoy the hill country more.

We had constant communication with Eric before arriving, what to expect, how to check in, etc. I asked for attraction suggestions to visit as well as places to eat. He was fast with responding. Our place was super nice and clean. We felt right at home when we opened the door

My family reunion is always in July and is held at the 7A Ranch Resort. For the past 16 years my husband and I get our own place, away from the itty bitty kids. We are thrilled that we have found Eric's place and we will be back next year for sure. Thank you for everything....it was perfect! We will be amazing ambassadors and will tell all of our friends and family about our new found FAVORITE PLACE in Wimberley!

A surprisingly hidden gem very close to Wimberley. Tucked away up a short hill, a small estate of simple but charming homes to will comfortably house 2 adults. We had house 298 which had a fantastic view through the trees and into the distant tree line. Simple to use lock on the door, gives entrance to a tidy and clean living space and kitchen, with view straight out the back on the balcony. AC was firing to escape the heat. Bottle of wine, chocolates and some snacks were left which was a very nice touch. Very clean bathroom, good functional shower with overhead pour and a conventional shower head. Immediate heat, good power. Large king size bed with plenty pillows. Bed frame was quite squeaky sadly, so was noticable. Seperate AC unit in the bedroom. Overall, a very cosy and clean house in a peaceful location with great views. Would return again!

My husband, our two dogs and I were in town for a wedding and Eric’s place was in the perfect location. The place was clean, the view was beautiful, furniture was comfortable, and check in/check out was easy.

Cute small house outside of town. It was easy to get around the area and nice to be out where we could see amazing stars at night. Coffee machine was key, the house was very clean and quiet. The AC worked great. It was just what we needed to relax for the weekend.

This place was extremely relaxing. After seeing the shops, eating, and sightseeing it was a welcome retreat. The view out the balcony was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. If ever in the area again, we will check here first.

We had a comfortable stay and the location and views are outstanding. Overall the unit we stayed in was very comfortable and efficient for its size. Some small details could have made this a 5 star stay. The checkin at 4pm is somewhat late and the checkout at 10am is somewhat early for the price point in our view. Additionally, the body wash soap was empty in the shower and the coffee supplies in the kitchen was lacking sugar. Due to the mentioned late check in and early check out there wasn’t opportunity for us to reach out to the host to correct these small things though I’m sure they would have. We would consider staying here again, and would hope for better prep of the unit before our stay. Overall 4/5.

My husband and I had a peaceful, relaxing stay. Really enjoyed the view from the back balcony and the sounds of the birds in the evening. Bed is super comfortable, and it was nice having a full-sized refrigerator. It was a good jumping off spot to explore the Texas hill country.

All in all the house is amazing. I would really look into what kind of vehicle you drive up. There would not recommend a huge vehicle. Maybe something kinda simple, like a little minivan, or something like that. Cause the parking is kind of tight. also the washing dryer Were attach to the house, but you cannot access it from inside the main house.You have to go outside. Besides that, he's an amazing host. he will a hundred percent quick with Responding and taking care of all your needs. always making sure you're happy.

Eric’s place has a wonderful view! We had a very comfortable king bed and the home is cozy with every amenity! Wimberley is such a cute town to visit and I recommend staying here, you will love it!

Overall it was easy to get to. Then had good view. Only thing the space was small and there was no heat for the common areas. The window unit did not heat up the rooms very well. But bedroom was nice having a king size bed.

This property was the most perfect and peaceful getaway spot within a 10 minute drive into downtown Wimberley. Our cabin had an overlook of the town’s valley and felt like a little cottage home away from home. We loved our stay and look forward to being back!

This stay was perfect for our visit in town with family. We hate to leave our dogs behind at the holidays when their normal camp is so busy, and this was perfect for us to be able to have a place to stay, with a view, and our dogs safely crated.

Great place to stay in the wimberley area.

Great for an overnight stay. The home and location were secluded but felt safe. There are cameras on the property, as well as motion lights at the front door, which made solo-traveling more at ease. AC and fans were on when I entered the home which was a nice touch! Styled nicely, clean furniture, giant fridge, and a cute patio for evening tea or morning coffee.

Easy access and no issues would stay here again

Very peaceful & quiet setting. There was plenty of space to walk my dog who also felt very welcome! Definitely a great place to get away from the noise of the city

Very comfortable little air bnb. Enjoyed our stay. The view from the back balcony is very nice and I really enjoyed relaxing out there. Everything someone may need was included.

My wife and I were doing an anniversary "DO OVER" because our October 15th get away was filled with many hiccups and obstacles surrounding the habitat where we choose to celebrate our special day. We were overwhelmingly delighted with our stay at Eric's at the ROSA FUERTE at the Eagles nest! What a beautiful view from the balcony where we would sit and drink our coffee in the morning and relax with a glass of wine in the early evenings. While our tiny home has been around for many years, Eric had the inside looking modern and enjoyable to a quiet get away. We enjoyed having a full kitchen as well as a private bed room,. We will definitely being looking forward to the next time that we can venture back to Wimberly and the comforts of Eric's place.

Quiet, peaceful and a beautiful view of the sunset!!

The bed collapsed under my husband while putting on his shoes. When he looked at it, it was not properly built/missing almost all of the screws. Floors were pretty gross, it left our socks and feet brown/covered in dirt. Toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. Floors also were squishy or raised in some spots. Other than the location, we weren’t impressed. Probably won’t go back.

This place was perfect. It was close to town but up a hill with a great view and very private and peaceful. I had my own little cabin with a patio out back to enjoy the views. There were other cabins with guests so I felt safe and not too alone. The bed and bedding was amazing. The kitchen had everything I needed. Everything was modern and new with lovely decor and the owner very friendly. I will be back. It's a great getaway or would also be fun as a group or family reunion spot. Thanks so much!

8 minutes from Wimberly. Beautiful surroundings. Cozy house. You have basic such as paper towels, oil, salt and pepper. But There’s no toilet paper.

The little house was amazing, quiet and comfortable. The view was amazing, cooking utensils were provided, dishes, and cups. The couch was comfortable, the space was nice and big. The bed was a little uncomfortable but overall a great stay. There's so much near by, Eric provided us with some local spots and we had an amazing time.

Good place to stay if in Wimberley, place does have some minor quirks. The biggest thing was the water, seems like it comes from a well so it has a very unpleasant smell and taste. Just make sure to bring some water to use for brushing teeth, making coffee, etc. Overall my daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Eric was able to accommodate an earlier check in for a small fee. Although there was a small snag at check in, he quickly responded and sorted it out in a timely manner. The place is about ten minutes from the square. Its nice and peaceful. Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view.
