Eric was very kind and helpful during our stay. The location was in perfect proximity to downtown Waco and other surrounding attractions. Would absolutely stay here again!

Eric is super nice, easy to deal with. Just a normal guy not some company just making money and not caring about guests. Would recommend and definitely going to look for Eric’s places for rent around the area when I’m here. 10/10

Not clean in all the ways. Hair in bathroom wasnt ours upon arrival. Bedding and beds are horrible. Toilets barely functional. Showers atrocious. Carpets stained. Walls patched and dirty. Lighting lacking. No extra toilet paper. Homeless dumpster diving every morning. “Balcony” hazardous. Couldnt wait to leave.

Comfy, nice area with a lot of places in walking distance

My stay was fantastic, the house was very centrally located, clean and smelled good, had all the things I needed to call this my home for a few days. Erick is a great host and I would definitely recommend his house

Erics place was nice for a small work team to stay while working in the Waco area, there were some issues when our team checked in but Eric addressed most of these in a timely manner.

Great place to stay for a short trip! I rented the place for some family members who came to visit me for the holidays, and they enjoyed it! Clean and full of great amenities. On the day of check in, they did struggle with the lock and were unable to get a quick response, but the host was very kind and offered to refund us for the night they were unable to spend in the apartment. Overall, would recommend!

Great place-didn't have access to the pool the first day but was a great condo and location was convenient for our stay.

Eric's place was perfect for me. I was able to walk to Baylor University on my time off. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I would recommend this unit to friends and family.

This location was perfect for our trip! Everything from sights to food places are right by the condo & very easy to get to. Interstate is right across from condo, but it wasn’t loud at all, and gave easy access to where we needed to go. Eric was a great host & very responsive, even late at night! Left us some treats for our arrival and provided us with ideas around the area, too. The unit was clean, bedding & towels were of good quality! The setup is great for privacy, with the 2 bedrooms having their own bathrooms in each. So glad there was also a bathroom downstairs, so you don’t have to go upstairs every time! Parking is easy & not assigned. Didn’t feel unsafe at all liked the keypad to get into the unit. Will definitely rent from Eric & this place again, if we go to Waco in the future! Now to checkout his other places, in different towns is our next!

We had an employee staying in this apartment for 75 days, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, making it easy for him access the work site and nearby amenities. The apartment itself was spacious, providing plenty of room to be comfortable during their stay. It was well-equipped with everything they needed, making it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, which made the entire process hassle-free. We highly recommend this apartment for both short and long-term stays
