What an EXCELLENT to stay in Waco, Tx. It is very easy to see how much care that has been taken to ensure all of your needs have been met. From the very comfortable furniture and the super clean home. I would not hesitate to stay here everytime That I'm here in the WACO area. Thank you Derrick and Eric!!!!!

House is not much to look at on the outside, but inside was fine. Air conditioning worked well, and beds were fine too. Can't comment on kitchen as we were out and about entire time in town, and cooking was limited to the morning coffee...lol.

We were looking forward to this almost one week stay in Waco. Unfortunately I can't rate it more stars due to the unclean kitchen and over flown dirty trash bin outside . Communication was quick by host however only offered to remove some of the trash outside, no mention on sending anyone to clean the dirty kitchen . We ended up not using the kitchen much. The windows in the bedrooms could use dark curtains as outside headlights from the street can be very bright and disturb your sleep. Also it makes it very bright early in the morning and it was hard to sleep in. Neighborhood was not the gratest and we felt a little uneasy staying there specially at night. Overall it was an experience, cheaper than others we saw but probably wont book it again.

Loved the super clean home, the decor and the modern-industrial flair in the home. Host was great, fast to respond. It rained a lot on our stay, just needed a pathway on the grass, like stepping stones from parking to the front door.
