3 mins to All Things Waco: Casita

Eric is a great communicator and I was welcomed warmly. Place felt safe and my dogs were allowed. The bed is comfy and the place is overall cozy. The location is really close to everything. There were a few conditions that need improvement. I've stayed at nicer and cleaner for cheaper.

During our 7 nights we saw about 10 roaches, the pest guy came to spray and we still saw roaches in the house after this. There were also sponges to wash the dishes that were stained and not even new.

I was sent a ton of spam messages from the host specifically with rules and check in/out details but also about how the place would be throughly cleaned however when I arrived I was not met with cleanliness. There were stains everywhere, bugs, hair, and some foul odor coming from the ac unit I believe. I was not able to stay but the place definitely needs to be worked on.

I needed some place close to Baylor and my daughter. Space was just what I needed. Eric answered me immediately with a couple of questions . Thank you

We had a lovely experience in Waco. Hosts were pleasant, kind and responsive. We enjoyed our stay in a very clean, well maintained environment. The wine and farm fresh eggs were a nice addition.

Good place to stay felt like a mini home

I gave it a 4 star only because the area wasn't the best. Hard to see Alley to park. Fence was broken and would not shut. Welcomed by mountains of ants on floor mat in front of door. Neighbors barking dogs at night/morning. Dark walking to door so a light would of helped. Floor mat was slippery. A clicking sound in the house went off often throughout the night near washer/dryer. Not feel safe at night cause cars kept driving through Alley at night. It was kinda scary at night and was worried rental car might be meesed with since there was no gate protecting it. Might want to add parking inside the back yard with a closing gate that can be locked. Erik was Great.

The space was very nicely appointed- you can tell a lot of work has been done and thought has been put into creating a comfortable place to stay. The water pressure in the shower was awesome, and the owners were kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine! A couple of minor things- the hot water switches randomly and can be a little loud, and the neighboring yard keeps their dogs enclosed right up against the house. At night and in the morning they yapped and barked, and it was very loud. Overall, it was a nice stay.

This place is perfect for a couple. Close to great restaurants. Highly recommend

Eric's place is cozy and clean, and it's just 4 minutes from the Baylor campus. it was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We would stay again in the future.

Looks like a miniature hotel room. A nice hotle room. The location is centrally located in Waco and it is very easy to maneuver around town. Nice little place and a great value. Much more economical than a $80+ hotel room.

It was amazing , loved everything about it. Very privite . Very clean , good location, Will be staying there again in the future for sure.

Really nice little casita. It was perfect for two guests and the place looks like a hotel room inside. I would stay here again.
