Positive: Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The house was nice, everything was clean, quiet neighborhood, the back deck was nice, and our host left us a wonderful bottle of wine that was very good. We loved our stay and I plan to come back again.

Easy drive to downtown, Silos, and Baylor, close about 1.5-2 miles. Nicely remodeled older home with a fenced back and side yard. Corner lot, neighborhood quiet at night.

It was very quick to respond to any communication. Kept ensuring we were good every day. The house was nice and comfy.

This was a great fit for our family of six, we enjoyed our stay very much! Positive: The size and layout were perfect for our family of 6, and the house contained everything we needed as far as linens and kitchen items. The coffee machine and coffee pods were appreciated, as was the complimentary bottle of wine. The air conditioning worked well and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room helped keep us cool as well. We also appreciated the plentiful hot water in the showers. The location was great, everything we wanted to do was within a couple of miles and the neighborhood was easy to access and peaceful. The host had great communication and responded quickly to my questions. Negative: It would have been nice to be able to control the fans in the bedrooms easier. In one room there was a remote that didn’t work, and in the others there was no way to control the speed or to turn off the light while keeping the fan going unless you stood on the bed to pull the chain.The house was generally clean, bathroom and kitchen surfaces were all clean, but there were a few minor things that could use attention like the lights hanging over the kitchen counter needed wiped off and door jams were a little grimy and the couch had a small stain-nothing was unacceptably dirty though. We would definitely stay there again!

This house was very close to downtown. We had some issues getting into the property, but Eric helped promptly. However, due to other issues within the unit, I am unable to grant a higher rating.

Our overall stay was nice. The home has been remodeled with lovely finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The children's books and toys were a beautiful touch since we were traveling with a child. While the location is very close to many local attractions and places to eat, it does come with city noise. The property yard is along side a busy road and the neighbors vehicles can be loud at times. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We found the olive oil and plastic sandwich baggies helpful. Cleanliness of the kitchen supplies could be improved. I was finding myself having to wash some things prior to use. Additionally, there were some inconsistencies about check in/check out times and we did have difficulty getting into the home. Fortunately, Eric was able to be reached immediately and quickly remedied the situation for us. I think this is a great stay for large groups and young adult travelers. Both spacious and updated.

Very quiet and comfortable Positive: It was very quiet. Everything needed was provided. My kids and I enjoyed it there. My mom was upset because no TV was in the bedrooms. But internet was provided so that's a plus. Love the backyard with the deck. Thank you for a wonderful stay

It’s Great place, very clean , spacious and well equipped. It’s a great location, everything is very close by. I liked how thoughtful the host was in little details like having a crib , high chair for babies and books for kids. As a parent those things are super helpful. Host was friendly and responded fast. Would stay here again!

Eric's home was everything one could want. It was litterally 3 to 5 minutes away from everything I wanted to do during my stay in Waco. It was clean, quiet, I felt safe, and the little extras he provided, like a bottle of wine was very generous. I highly recommend his home as a place to stay while in Waco.

This was a wonderful getaway and incredibly affordable. Our host was helpful, responsive, and even left us detailed instructions for all of the appliances and house amenities. We had our 9 month old with us and he had a fantastic time. The neighborhood was fairly noisy, especially at night, but we had no problems sleeping with a fan going. We are extremely grateful and would definitely stay here again.

This property in Waco is close to almost all of the main tourist destinations, and the host is very helpful and responds very quickly to any questions or concerns.

We enjoyed our stay at Eric's place and it is within a short driving distance of great places to visit and good restaurants if you get hungry while walking around town.

What I liked: AC was great and easy to use. WiFi was solid and reliable. / TV was good. Kitchen was well supplied Lighting was good. Rooms and beds were comfortable Plenty of coffee / great Keurig machine. Host was friendly / good communication. Has a small back porch. Location was convenient to Baylor Univerity. What I did not like: The property is near a somewhat busy side street and I am sensitive to street noise. However I was able to sleep at night when things calmed down. I could not nap during the day. So FYI to those sensitive to street noise. No one else in my group had issues. Overall this was a good Airbnb.

We stayed for 2 weeks and it was overall a great stay. There were a few minor inconveniences at first but Eric was great at responding quickly and making sure our stay was good.

We had a little trouble checking jn but it was our mistake. Very clean and was as described. Comfy bed and laundry was a plus.

Our stay here was great! As pictured and listed and literally 3 minutes to the Silos which is why we came! Eric was extremely helpful and gave great suggestions on food. He was very responsive when I asked about the high chair I had saw in the listing and brought it by the next morning as it was getting cleaned. Very thoughtful in having kids books and a basket of wooden blocks my toddlers enjoyed playing with!

Nice place but there were animals running in the walls and attic that was a little disconcerting. also the neighbors dogs kept us up a couple of nights. Kind of defeated the purpose of relaxing when you get done with work and have to get up early.

The only thing I would say that happened when we first arrived, was the door entry lock battery was going out. I told Eric and he was extremely responsive and nice. He came right away and replaced the battery. Other than that there were no complaints! We had a great stay!

This listing was just as advertised. I needed a place near the university, and this location could not be beat. It seems to be the only home in the neighborhood that has been renovated, but for this trip, it was ideally located for us and worked out really well. Nothing was more than a quick car ride away for us. Eric could not have been more communicative or accommodating; he responded immediately to any question we had. A great host!

Nice place and well described and photographed in the app. Exactly what I expected. Eric is very attentive although we had no issues or problems. Neighborhood was quiet and restful at night and daytime. Back porch was nice too although it was 104 during our stay so we were inside a lot. The units AC kept the place nice and cool. The in unit side by side washer and dryer are brand new and work great. Stocked coffee station with kcups and creamer was helpful. Parking for three cars was adequate and safe. Very close to silos and downtown district.

We prefer a full set of sheets on beds and would have preferred better kitchen utensils and pans. Dogs barked well into the night. Cute house but neighborhood was a little questionable.

We wanted to stay together, but the beds were not all condusive to adult use. My daughter chose to stay at her own home. Ammenities described were not there- had to call and he did bring them by next day. Rugs in bathroom looked dirty. Pillows smelled musty. Mattresses were comfortable. Cute decor, but obviously a quick flipped home. the floor was uneven and coming up in spots. Price for this compared to others in the area was less- I guess we got what we paid for. Sorry, but there is much room for improvement.

We had a great time at Eric’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we were looking for. Eric was prompt, responsive, and informative with his communications, and we felt very welcome in the space. He even recommended a lantern festival and drone show in downtown Waco we wouldn’t have know of otherwise, which was definitely a highlight of our stay.

Clean place, good location, good place to rest your head. This is a great place to rest your rump, not necessarily a place to hang out, but central and easy to get to everything you would want to see. Not too far from Waco Surf ranch and Magnolia silos.

This was a great place to stay for a visit to Baylor! The house was so clean and well stocked, even included a welcome bottle of wine. The location is perfect for trips to Baylor, Magnolia and anywhere you'd want to go in Waco. Parking was safe and plentiful too. Beds were comfy and I appreciated the chunky towels. :) Eric was very responsive and welcoming. My ONLY gripe is minor, but worth pointing out. There is street noise that can be heard. However, it's not our first trip to Baylor, we know to bring a sound machines when traveling. It was not an issue for us in this house, with the sound machine. I would absolutely rent this home again!

Home was very nice and close to downtown Waco. We were in town for the Silobration and home was close in proximity to everything we were interested in seeing. The host was very responsive when we’d reached out for restaurant recommendations and also quickly took care of a very minor fix. We would definitely return

Awesome home to stay at in Waco! Perfect for families and children due to the bunk bed and pull out third mattress. Big backyard and responsive host. Bring your own water as there is so filter.

Eric was a great host, everything that other reviews had said were accurate and initial arrival was exceptional. Eric was super helpful in trying to help us navigate some issues that came up with the travel down and was very accommodating to our needs for the trip. The home is very well kept as it looks, was super close to a ton of things, and again Eric was one of the best hosts we've had. 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

Great home! All new inside & very clean. Very nice personal touches & lots of coffee!!! The rear deck is very nice, so nice that we purchased a few chairs to use during our stay which we left for future guests to enjoy. Very close to everything Waco has to offer. Perfect for our family of 8, but could have accomodated a couple more if needed. We’ve stayed at many Waco hotels/rentals and this was one of the better ones.

Thank you for a great home for a ladies' religious retreat. The kitchen provided a nice gathering space to cook and visit. The kitchen had just what we needed to feel at home. Host was fantastic! The house itself is in a fairly decent location, only a few minutes from anything needed in Waco. There are some minor improvements that could be made (poor Wifi strength, certain “squeaky” spots on the floors, bath/showers need some work, etc). Overall, the place is great and serves its purpose well!

Beautiful home. Close to all the tourist attractions downtown. Went on a girls trip to magnolia market and was so close. Attentive host with great recommendations. The added amenities was an absolute bonus perk with snacks, farm fresh eggs and a local wine. Looking forward to booking again!

This place was a perfect home for my family during our visit in Waco. It is close to everything we visited- Magnolia, museums, parks, zoo etc. The hosts are very hospitable and thoughtful. The house was spacious on the inside and had everything we needed. We appreciated the personal touch with the eggs from his chickens and a bottle of wine. The location was close to Baylor University campus and all of the restaurants.

Waco felt like home. Eric had a spotless place and there were many thought out details. We couldn’t be happier with such a great value and location. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook the eggs he left and he was kind to leave a variety of snacks. He is responsive and nice. Don’t think twice about booking here!

This Airbnb was super super cute and amazing for the price! Our friends who stayed with us loved it as well! The host was amazing and was very responsive to our needs that weekend! I loved their cute little coffee station and they event left us farm fresh eggs to make as well! I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again even if it was just for my husband and I! We go to Waco a lot so we would for sure love to re book this place in the future!
