Our experience was positive but a few things could have been improved. We rented the house as a “whole place” but it seems like they turned the attached garage into a separate Airbnb unit. We could hear the other renters talking and they had a dog who barked loudly for long periods of time. We were separated by double doors with a deadbolt on the inside so it felt safe enough but not as private as we expected. Also, the AC unit was extremely loud, the WiFi didn’t work most of the time, and the en suite bathroom in the master bedroom had a weird smell. Overall the place was clean, had a great communal space that was perfect for our group, and worked well for us, but it was not a 5 star experience.

None of the outlets worked in the kitchen. Only one of the light fixtures worked in the living room/kitchen.

had a quiet, peaceful stay. primary bed was extremely comfortable and I got excellent rest. I do wish I had known in advance that it is a duplex; it didn't end up being an issue for my stay, but the listing type did state "whole house" not "apartment".

The Airbnb was comfortable and sufficient for my group of 6 people. Easy, detailed instructions. In a great location close to downtown. Nice home in great shape. I have nothing negative to say.

Eric was a great and flexible host! Family stayed here for a UT graduation commencement and traffic was not bad when traveling from the Airbnb to the campus. The place was very spacious and beautiful for a post-commencement dinner. The area is lowkey too, which is nice because we are in a quiet residential area during a busy and traffic-filled weekend. I could recommend this place to any Austin graduate for their out of town family members. 💕

Eric home is newly renovated, very clean and spacious, looked exactly like the pictures! Eric is a great guest super friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend his place.

This home is great…clean, spacious & easy access. Showers were good. Beds slept comfortably. Kitchen is large & well equipped. The house was perfect. Eric is a wonderful host!
