Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home for all of your Austin needs. Located near the intersection of Hwy 290 and I 35 we are a short 10 min drive to downtown, less than 30 min to Circuit of Americas, about 10 min to Q2 Stadium, and the Domain. Our house is fully remodeled and ready to keep your party of up to 8 warm, cozy and safe. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with 3 queen size beds and two couches in the living room that fold down into futons.

April 2026 4.00Living room was very spacious, setup was comfortable. However, the sofa bed setup is not as pictured. It has a different sofa in the living room and it cannot be turned into a sofa bed. WiFi signal was very weak and kept dropping. Rooms were cleaned and comfortable. Overall good stay.

February 2026 4.00Our experience was positive but a few things could have been improved. We rented the house as a “whole place” but it seems like they turned the attached garage into a separate Airbnb unit. We could hear the other renters talking and they had a dog who barked loudly for long periods of time. We were separated by double doors with a deadbolt on the inside so it felt safe enough but not as private as we expected. Also, the AC unit was extremely loud, the WiFi didn’t work most of the time, and the en suite bathroom in the master bedroom had a weird smell. Overall the place was clean, had a great communal space that was perfect for our group, and worked well for us, but it was not a 5 star experience.
