Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home for all of your Austin needs. Located near the intersection of Hwy 290 and I 35 we are a short 10 min drive to downtown, less than 30 min to Circuit of Americas, about 10 min to Q2 Stadium, and the Domain. Our house is fully remodeled and ready to keep your party of up to 8 warm, cozy and safe. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with 3 queen size beds and two couches in the living room that fold down into futons.

June 2025 5.00had a quiet, peaceful stay. primary bed was extremely comfortable and I got excellent rest. I do wish I had known in advance that it is a duplex; it didn't end up being an issue for my stay, but the listing type did state "whole house" not "apartment".

May 2025 5.00Eric was a great and flexible host! Family stayed here for a UT graduation commencement and traffic was not bad when traveling from the Airbnb to the campus. The place was very spacious and beautiful for a post-commencement dinner. The area is lowkey too, which is nice because we are in a quiet residential area during a busy and traffic-filled weekend. I could recommend this place to any Austin graduate for their out of town family members. 💕
