The place was nice and we enjoyed our stay! We appreciate it being pet friendly. The host clearly has multiple air bnbs and the instructions got confusing because each set said different things- There could be more organization between properties. We also had issues with the wifi and theres was a permanent resident next door that we wished we would have been informed about at his movement around the house gave us a scare. Overall nice and we enjoyed the stay.

The house is really pretty, clean, organized and well equipped to spend a chill time. Close to Austin downtown, good tacos and supermarkets, this is a hidden gem. Recommend to everyone who is seeking for relaxation.

This is a roomy, quiet duplex with a well-equipped kitchen. I used the oven and it worked well. Good bed and shower. Note that the parking instructions might not be quite right: there is no driveway available (the only driveway is for the unit next door), but it's true that there is plenty of street parking in front of the unit and across the street.

Very clean house, great for our short trip! The backyard was spacious and the rooms were just the right size! Area was quiet and very close to downtown. Eric was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly.

We booked the house for a two night weekend getaway (two adults, 2 dogs). The house was clean and inviting, and the small backyard is a major plus when traveling with pets. The neighborhood is older and lively, but we felt safe. We would stay here again.

This is a comfortable place to stay with a small fenced back yard. it can be pretty loud at night from neighbors playing music till very late at night, but that's not the hosts fault.

It’s a good house I like the parking in the back just had problems with the next door neighbor he always had something to say about how you parked and caused you out for no reason ! I stood at the stop sign to type an address down and he came to flick me off and threatened to call the cops ! But other than that with the house with Eric it was actually nice !!
