Cute place but the neighbors immediately next door were up til four am two nights in a row playing music and making noise. Also, the house needs some work. The floors were uneven and the blinds in the bedroom had a big hole in them. Water pressure and hot water were almost non existent.

Place was exactly as described, close to everything that I wanted to do during my stay and was comfortable to lounge around in.

We've stayed in some very nice AirBnb's all over the country. For almost $600/night, this was the most over-priced. There is no universe where the nightly rate of this place should exceed $150. It smelled like cigarette smoke, the yard wasn't mowed (super high weeds which isn't that big of a deal unless you have pets -- which we did), the entire sidewalk and driveway were under repair (and this wasn't disclosed -- to the contrary, the listing stated that we would be able to park in the driveway). It was like a re-bar obstacle course getting from the street inside the house. The back door to the backyard has a 2 inch gap between the bottom of the door and floor. Perfect for critters and insects to get in. We requested to have a couple hours of early check in and late check out and had to pay an extra $78 even though there was clearly no booking before or after us. Neighborhood is extremely sketchy too. This is the first negative review I've ever written for an AirBnb.

The house will be cute when it’s finished and ready to rent. The front yard is under construction and the back needs to be. The inside was clean but appliances like dishwasher were in the house but not installed. There is zero water pressure in the shower and no starter hand soap or any other toiletries

Good place for workers that are coming into town to work. Very nice. Quiet neighborhood definitely recommend again.
